is it legal to discriminate against those that caught covid in hiring?

@sneak I think medical conditions, past or current, are actually illegal to insist on. I think the closest you can do is fitness requirements.

Ex: When you get a covid vax in the USA for medical reasons, they can't make it conditional on you proving it to them what that medical condition is.

I dont know if its covid specific or just general medical privacy laws.

@surfingalot no i mean am i allowed to not hire people because they caught covid in 2020 (which, if you're not a warehouse, grocery, or ER worker, means you're an idiot)
