@arh@toots.alirezahayati.com uhh, one of the core tenets of capitalism is that there is no "they". you, as anyone, are allowed (and encouraged!) to start a business yourself, employ others, produce and create value for all.
sneak, you're kind of right about there being no "they", sort of. but that doesn't imply we're not controlled and subjugated by a system that is headless and out of control. I elaborate that in slide 4 of https://www.fsfla.org/~lxoliva/#singular
that might be the case, to some extent, for someone as privileged as myself, but the history of the system is full of examples of depriving most of the people of possibilities of self-sustenance, intended to force them to "voluntarily" sell their labor force and, more recently, to start small businesses whose main purpose appears to be to pay rents to the system. steering out of the self-serving path laid down by the system requires resources that most just don't have
