lspci freezes the whole box and requires a hard power cycle, lol. (it still responds to pings, though, so maybe it's just userspace that died? whotf knows)
@sneak apparently just querying info with lspci isn’t without side effects. On my work laptop, i have to run it to detect external monitors for some odd reason.
