later today after sleep i have to figure out how to migrate my config from a cloud key g1 and usg to a udm-pro without re-adopting my devices because they are on the 18 foot tall ceiling and i can't reach the reset pinhole without a ladder i don't have

@sneak if you didn't get this figured out, the POE injectors that come with the Unifi devices have a reset pin hole on them too for this exact reason.

But that's if you can't do a backup and then restore of your config in the first place.

@ang3l12 oh interesting! i don't use injectors though because ubnt gig poe switches are so crazy cheap.

fortunately i was able to export the site config and re-import it and swap the hardware without having to re-adopt anything! i was pleasantly surprised.

@sneak I'm about to go back to running the controller on a Linux box at work now, we've been on the cloud key v2 for about a year since our vps install kicked the bucket, but the cloud key is just too slow

@ang3l12 i like the udm-pro so far. it has a very fast controller, and is a very good router, and also has 10ge sfp+ up and downlinks.
