@m0xee i receive only 20% of the orders i place, because the delivery people will not climb the stairs in my building. apparently deliveries have doubled but the staff levels have not, and they are expected to finish their entire routes each day, so they drop stuff off with ground-floor depots. i refuse to waste time picking up packages after i've paid for delivery, so they sit in a retail shop for a few days then get sent back.
