Some instance I've never heard of has an admin who has decided based on the fact that I wrote some free software (https://git.eeqj.de/sneak/feta) that his server's 2290 users should not be able to follow me even if they want to (nor should I be able to follow or read them).

I wonder if he knows I have accounts on other instances
