I participated in a closed round-table discussion of leaders from various companies about how to help remote employees be engaged, especially when they're often not set up well for being remote and/or wouldn't choose a remote role (i.e. remote due to pandemic)
Great idea. The level of disconnect from reality among leaders would be hilarious if it weren't likely negatively impact your team
