@vaartis the debian maintainers patch out the phone-home in most apps they distribute. homebrew has nonconsensual spyware built in that phones home to google every app you install.
@sneak that may be true, but i'm talking about apt in general. ubuntu also uses it and it has spyware enabled by default too i think. thing is, apt is, compared to brew, fast. and has a lot more packages. and not written in goddamn ruby.
