I have seen a family of bears on one side of a thick of blackberry bushes, and on the other side, a family of humans, in Yellowstone National Park.

My friend and I spent a good 5 minutes trying to figure out if we should alert them or not.

But then the bears went back in the woods so we didn't have time to tell them there were nearby humans.
