Have long noted the odd contradictions animating the right/reactionary precinct of the political spectrum. That is to say, personhood and legal rights for zygotes but little regard for the actual people, which explains the cult of guns, a perennially broken healthcare system, disregard for the rights of a woman in her own life, extreme economic inequality, and total disregard for the environment. Surely there's a better way.

@TonyStark the cult of guns (of which i am a member) is not based on the concept of "little regard for actual people". this is a common simplistic misunderstanding, based on uncritical swallowing of a general narrative.
