transwomen outnumber ciswomen in hardcore software engineering fields by what appears to be close to an order of magnitude. why do you think that is?
When I was working in person, the amount of transwomen engineers in the office was way smaller than the amount of ciswomen engineers. It might be a terminally online over representation vs. the actual reality or the amount of transwomen who pass are the vast majority of transwomen in software.
Also transwomen have way higher amounts of ASD than the general populace, to the point where it's a running joke in that community.
