Black people make up 12% (3% of population) and Muslims make up 17% (4% of pop) within England and Wales. If it makes you feel any better, those of no religion are overrepresented as well.

@MischievousTomato Not much reported since a few years ago, same goes for honour killings and FGM. Doesn't mean it's not happening though.
