@sneak I'm writing this from the third world (Nicaragua). I have 30mbps at my house by choice. I could have 200mbs any time I choose to sign a new contract (but I don't because I have no need for it). Oh, and the airport wifi is routinely 50mbps. So yes, come to the third world for better wifi and cheaper cost of living.
@sneak@PeterSanchez I was completely floored last time I was in Belize, the airport and the condo I stayed in had 200 / 200, meaning faster than my internet at my house, and the lag was pretty similar using a VPN to connect to my office in the states. Starlink is going to scare a lot of ISP's into upping their game
