You have only until 16 Jan 2025 to call Chase at +1-800-935-9935 and opt out of mandatory binding arbitration. Their terms addendum states that this is the deadline and the *only* recognized way of opting out is via a phone call. You have to talk to a rep, it's not in the menu system. Do it for all your accounts to preserve your ability to sue them.
