@Lordimpala in berlin i got 5 for free on streetcorners in the last two weeks, no waiting (other than the 12 mins or so for test results). i just bought a set of 8 self-run rapid antigen tests for $150.
the fact that they are charging $150 each for them and they're not just subsidized by the locality is insane. it's like this place has totally given up on fighting covid and has just accepted defeat. america is a shithole.
@shuro driver performance and service also includes taking measures to avoid potentially infecting me with a deadly disease. i don't give a fuck about who they vote for or what they do outside of the car, but when i have to breathe their exhalations in a small closed compartment it directly affects my life and safety.

Weaponizing Censorship Middleboxes for TCP Reflected Traffic Amplification Attack
> Most of these nation-states are weak amplifiers (the Great Firewall of China only offers about 1.5x amplification, for example), but some of them offer more damaging amplifications, such as Saudi Arabia (~20x amplification)
And....
> We found a small number of infinite routing loops that traversed censorship infrastructure (notably in both China and Russia) that offered *infinite* amplification. 💣💥

Many years ago, a friend of mine told me it may be possible to exploit the Great Firewall of China for reflected amplification DDoS. This attack is real! #censorship #infosec #ddos
@surfingalot @sneak yeah naturally. the cab driver that picked me up from the hospital(!) yesterday didn’t even bother putting on a mask when i got in.
another great one from what is rapidly becoming one of my top five favorite blogs:

@radicalresilience by publishing onto an instance that won't federate with the whole fediverse, you opt in to censorship that limits the reach of your content.
