i want a device that has 1-5m long cables that are designed to clip onto a large 12VDC battery (marine, deep cycle, car, whatever) that is a USB step-down, a 110V inverter, and a solar/charge controller so that it can be solar powered or plugged into the wall/generator. please advise.
